Hi! I’m Tanya, nice to “virtually” meet you!

I have worn many different hats in my life, but have always had a passion for creative projects. In 2017, I started experimenting with making beeswax food wraps. At first, I gifted them to friends and family. Once I was confident that I had perfected my formula, I started selling them on a small scale, and this consistently expanded over the past few years.

However, it wasn’t until April 2023, when I got retrenched, that I decided to take the leap and turn what was my hobby into a full-time business and become a fully-fledged entrepreneur! I am proud to say that my beeswax wraps have also found their way to Germany, Sweden, Finland, Thailand, Botswana, and Ireland! I can guarantee that Moekie’s beeswax food wraps are of the best quality and made with the utmost love and care.

Currently, I have some stock at a few small shops, I sell at markets and am now progressing to the online market space. I was also recently featured on a local TV program called “Fiesta”.
