1. Satisfaction Guarantee 1.1. At Moekie’s Beeswax Food Wraps, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with the products you receive, we offer a refund or exchange within 7 days of receiving your order.

2. Eligibility for Refunds 2.1. To be eligible for a refund, the following conditions must be met:

  • The request for a refund must be initiated within 7 days of receiving the order.
  • The products must be unused, in their original condition, and in the original packaging.
  • The products must be free from any signs of damage or misuse.
  • Refunds are only applicable to purchases made directly through Moekie’s Beeswax Food Wraps online shop. If the products were purchased from a third-party retailer, please contact the retailer for their refund policy.

3. Initiation of Refund Request 3.1. To request a refund, please contact me at info@moekies-beeswax-wraps.co.za. 3.2. Please provide your order number and a brief explanation of the reason for the refund request.

4. Refund Process 4.1. Once your refund request is received and approved, we will provide you with instructions on how to return the products to us. 4.2. You will be responsible for the cost of return shipping. We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure that the products reach us safely. 4.3. Upon receiving the returned products and verifying their eligibility for a refund, we will process the refund to the original payment method within 7 days. 4.4. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

5. Exchanges 5.1. If you prefer to exchange the products for a different size or design, please indicate your preference when contacting me. 5.2. Exchanges are subject to product availability. If the desired product is unavailable, we will process a refund instead.
