- Shipping Methods 1.1. We offer shipping to South Africa. Shipping options and costs will be displayed at the checkout. 1.2. The shipping methods available may vary depending on the destination and order size. - Processing Time 2.1. We aim to process and dispatch orders within 2-3 days of receiving payment and order confirmation. However, during busy periods, processing times may be slightly longer. We will notify you if there are any significant delays. 2.2. Please note that processing time does not include shipping transit time. Transit times vary based on the destination and the shipping method selected during checkout.

• Economy Shipping (0-5kg): estimated delivery time: 2 – 3 business days
• Economy Shipping (6-10kg): estimated delivery time: 2 – 3 business days
• Economy Shipping (11-25kg): estimated delivery time: 2 – 3 business days - Customs and Duties 6.1. For international orders, customs and import duties may apply upon arrival in the destination country. 6.2. Any additional charges for customs clearance are the responsibility of the recipient. We have no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount. 6.3. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; we recommend contacting your local customs office for more information.
